How Walgrave Primary School came out of the dark ages by introducing a phone system that widened their capabilities and improved efficiencies.
THE CLIENT.
Walgrave Primary is a well-established and highly reputable primary school located in Northampton, with Gail Brealey as their school business manager.
THE SITUATION.
Walgrave Primary School were still using outdated analogue systems to communicate. This prevented them from making / receiving more than one call at a time and they even struggled to hear people on the other line.
Gail therefore decided that it was time for her school to move out of the dark ages and introduce a system that allowed them to communicate in an efficient and effective manner, choosing Telephone Europe to honour this.
THE RESULT.
After a number of conversations with Gail, the best options for Walgrave were discussed, quoted and agreed. Our engineer then visited site to install their brand new telephone systems and provide all staff with training, ensuring they were confident in using the systems when he left site.
A fully featured Hosted VoIP system was introduced and installed into Walgrave Primary Schools premises, allowing them to reap the benefits of this modern technology and widen their capabilities.
Some of the benefits of this new system included the ability to make and receive multiple calls at once, as well as enabling both internal and external communications, and it even offers the option to integrate staff’s mobiles into their phone system to help facilitate home working if necessary.
Very impressed and would recommend wholeheartedly.
