THE CLIENT.
Courtney Primary School are a well-established and highly reputable primary school located in Bristol. They aspire to Nurture, Inspire and Flourish, and ensure pupils leave the school with confidence, resilience and the ability to be adaptable to the changes ahead.
THE SITUATION.
Courtney Primary wanted to move away from their outdated analogue telephone system which restricted the number of calls made and received, and provided limited benefits to their school.
After realising that their current local supplier, Centrex, were planning on cutting all lines in the South Gloucestershire area in the near future, Courtney Primary School wanted to ensure they had a modern system in place in good time ahead of the Centrex switch off.
They were looking for an efficient alternative to their current analogue system that allowed them to work flexibly and increase users on the line, all without breaking the bank.
THE RESULT.
After a couple of meetings to gague exactly what they were after in their new telephone system, Telephone Europe visited Courtney Primary to remove their outdated analogue system and replace it with a brand new VoIP telephone system. which included introducing 13 new handsets to improve their external and internal communications.
Their new VoIP system comes with a number of benefits that their analogue system didn’t provide them with. This included call recording, messages on hold, open and close, auto attendant and even more!
But most importantly, their new telephone system ensures that staff can work flexibly and from home if circumstances prevail. This means they can even link their mobiles to the office line to use their mobile as they would their handset.
Additionally, they are now able to make and receive calls simultaneously, improving their whole schools efficiency.
